EconoDTF Hot Melt Powder

EconoDTF Hot Melt Powder is a key component in the Direct to Film Printing process. EconoDTF Hot Melt Powder is great for all fabrics from cotton to nylon, polyester, 50/50 or tri blends, and more! This DTF Powder is specially formulated to be remain flexible and stretch with the garments it's pressed on. When paired with our DTF Ink and DTF Film you can be confident that you'll have a durable transfer that will last a minimum of 50 washes and stay just as vibrant as the day it was pressed. EconoDTF Hot Melt Powder has a minimum shelf life of 1 year if unopened.  Store in a cool area bellow 77°F with a relative humidity of 60% or less and no direct sunlight. Exposure to environmental factors such as high temperature and humidity will lower the shelf life.

Recommended curing temperature: 230°F/110°C

Recommended pressing temperature: 302°F/150°C - 320°F/160°C
